Každý z nás se rodí do tohoto života se silnou potřebou kontaktu. Tato potřeba je stejně reálná jako potřeba dýchat, jíst, spát… Když mluvíme o kontaktu, není tím míněn pouze fyzický dotek nebo pohled z očí do očí, ale opravdové vnímání druhé bytosti takové jaká je, její esence. Toto vyžaduje skutečnou otevřenost, zranitelnost, důvěru a odevzdání. Kontakt především vyžaduje otevřené srdce.
Na workshopu můžete poznávat sami sebe v bezpečném prostředí. Budeme se věnovat rozpohybování zablokované energie v těle, různým dechovým, pohybovým a kontaktním cvičením. Dotkneme se vlastní zranitelnosti, která nás vede zpět k nám samým, k naší opravdovosti a plnosti.

Janka Gregorová a Barbora Jeroušková jsou certifikovanými energetickými terapeutkami Brennan Healing Science Practitioner se soukromou praxí v Praze, Brně a Bratislavě. „Jako dobré kamarádky nás vždy spojovala radost z možnosti transformace a sebepoznání. Protože žijeme v „superpropojeném“ světe, o to krásnější nám přijde neobyčejně obyčejný lidský kontakt. Množnost uvolnit se, otevřít se, užít si sebe a přítomnost druhého. Proto vytváříme prostor, ve kterém se o sobě můžete dozvědět víc, uvědomit si svoje hranice, svůj strach a zároveň zažít radost z kontaktu a plnějšího prožívání života, sebe sama a svých vztahů.“

Workshop is open for both, women and men.

Come! Join us as we dance and move through waves of:
• Exploring what it means to embody the principles of our divinely human feminine energy
• Celebrating the arrival of unity through embodied integration of the masculine and feminine principles
• Discovering ways in which the feminine principles are expressed and supported in our lives.
• Recognizing and embracing the feminine form as a path to the soul’s integration and wholeness
• Releasing patterns that hold unhealthy conditioning around our feminine nature
• Supporting one another in living in the world as a reflection of “true” feminine nature.

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in supporting life‘s feminine nature,
that is leading us into conscious creation of a more loving world.

As a teacher, leader, artist, lover, and grandmother, Sherry is a visionary in her approach to healing, and the process of awakening to the truth of who we are. Her presence is embodied awareness as she transmits the essence of the teaching. She is a Registered Nurse with 21 years experience in critical care nursing, an authorized Continuum teacher, a CranioSacral therapist, and a graduate of the Center for Intentional Living, having been awarded a Certificate in Object Relational Psychotherapy.
She is a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, where she served as senior faculty, Dean of the Advanced Studies Program, Dean of the 3rd Year, Department Head of Integrative Care, School Dean in Europe, Vice President, and served on the advisory board of the School. She is also certified to be a Brennan Integration Practitioner, a graduate degree at BBSH that incorporates psychology and the human energy field. She has taught throughout the US, Europe and Japan, combining her knowledge of the physical body, energy and consciousness in service of awakening and healing.
Her current passion is focused on the principles of the Divine Feminine leading us in to community building through the spirit of Ubuntu – a way of living from the view that reflects “I am because of you”.
